Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancelation of an order when fulfillment in progress or fulfilled but tracking not yet updated is not guaranteed. Please note that a $25 cancelation fee applies to all canceled request. This is to cover the costs of the cancelation. 

Refund Policy:

  • All Sales Are Final: Refunds cannot be provided if the order is in progress. If the order is fulfilled, delivered or in transit with the shipping carrier, the shipping cost becomes non-refundable. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Any credits will be issued in a form of eGift Cards to use on Refunds to credit cards or the original form of payment will only be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Non-Refundable Fees on Returns, In-Transit, Delivered Shipments or Shipment Exceptions: The initial shipping cost is non-refundable, along with the returning shipping cost, and cancellation fee will be deducted from the subtotal transaction amount. This deductions covers restocking and materials and both the shipping cost and return charges.

How to Request Cancellation:

To request the cancellation of your order, please follow these steps:

  • If your package has not yet reached the "Out for Delivery" stage, you can initiate a package stop and return by contacting us: HERE 

  • For all other cancellation requests, please submit a ticket with your request through our online portal HERE or send an email to with the subject line: "Cancel Order #[your order #] - Accept Reduction."
