Cancellation Policy:

  • All Sales Are Final: Refunds cannot be provided if the order fulfilled, delivered or in transit with the shipping carrier, the shipping cost becomes non-refundable. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Any credits will be issued in a form of eGift Cards to use on Refunds to credit cards or the original form of payment will only be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

  • Shipping Stop Request: If your order has not yet reached the "Out for Delivery" stage, you can request a package stop and return. If your package is "Out for Delivery", the recipient must refuse the delivery to initiate this process. 

  • Cancellation Fee: For orders that are already fulfilled but haven't entered the shipping process with the courier, a $25 reduction in your total refund amount will apply if you choose to cancel.

Refund Policy:

  • In-Transit or Shipment Exceptions: If your order has left our fulfillment retailer, is in transit, encounters a shipping exception that is currently under investigation with us, or is returning to the sender, we cannot process any cancellation requests or provide refunds until the shipment is physically returned to the sender.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: The initial shipping cost is non-refundable, along with the returning shipping cost, and cancellation fee will be deducted from the subtotal transaction amount. This deductions covers restocking and materials and the shipping cost for both charges.

How to Request Cancellation:

To request the cancellation of your order, please follow these steps:

  • If your package has not yet reached the "Out for Delivery" stage, you can initiate a package stop and return by contacting us: HERE 

  • For all other cancellation requests, please submit a ticket with your request through our online portal HERE or send an email to with the subject line: "Cancel Order #[your order #] - Accept Reduction."
