If your order either left the fulfillment retailer, in transit, OUT FOR DELIVERY , refused or returning back to sender, please note that we cannot process any cancellation request or provide any refund unless the shipment is physically returned to the sender. If package is returned to the sender, the initial delivery fee is non-refundable and a restocking fee, plus the returning cost will be deducted from the subtotal transaction amount to cover the shipping cost for both charges.
