All purchases from CraftShack are a pay in advance purchase, so you will be charged after submitting your order to secure your spot in line for fulfillment. 


While we strive to process orders within 1-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) certain situations may occasionally impact fulfillment times. This policy outlines potential delays beyond our control and how they may affect your order.

FULFILLMENT DELAYS


Third-Party Fulfillment Delays

CraftShack partners with trusted third-party small mom and pop retailers to source and deliver many of our products. While we work closely with these suppliers to ensure efficient handling, unforeseen delays from third parties may affect fulfillment timelines. In these cases, CraftShack will communicate updates as soon as possible to keep you informed of your order status.


Weather and Natural Events

Severe weather, natural disasters, and other environmental factors may impact shipping and delivery schedules. CraftShack will monitor these events and work with our carriers to minimize disruption, but please be aware that delivery times may extend due to these uncontrollable circumstances.


Holiday Season Demand

During peak holiday seasons, high demand can occasionally lead to fulfillment and shipping delays. We encourage early ordering during these times and will communicate any anticipated delays to help manage expectations.


Product Availability and Inventory Challenges

In rare cases, high demand or inventory discrepancies may lead to temporary unavailability. If your order is affected, we will inform you of the expected delay and any options available to proceed with or modify your order.



SHIPPING


1. Shipping Days:

  • Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday.


2. Transit Time:

  • Transit time will vary depending on the fulfillment location and the final destination.
  • Once your order is in transit with the courier, the current transit time-frame ranges anywhere from 1 to 10 business days. 


3. Tracking Information:

  • Do not worry if you notice a pause in your tracking information for several days. This pause indicates that your package has been delivered by our fulfillment partner to a temperature-controlled hub, where it is awaiting pickup by your local carrier for final delivery.
  • Please take note that the delivery date reflected on the couriers' website may not always be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances with the local hub station in your area. 


4. Delivery Delays:

  • External factors may impact travel time such as extreme weather, increased volumes during busy shipping seasons and driver availability due to illness. 
  • Delivery delays and any failed delivery attempts are beyond our control. 
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable once the package is in transit with the courier.
