If you would like to arrange a hold for pick-up, reschedule delivery day, request special delivery instructions, or time-frame, you can call the GLS customer service line at 1-800-322-5555, provide them with your tracking number once the package is in transit, and they will be happy to assist you.

Please take note that it is your responsibility to track your order to see when your package is out of delivery, as GLS will only make 3-delivery attempts. All delivery drivers are not equipped to make service calls before delivery. If you miss the scheduled delivery attempt, there will be a digital door-tag sent to your email to reschedule the delivery, so please be sure to check all email folders for GLS delivery updates.
