For Deliveries to Apartment Complex/Townhouse/Condo
First and foremost, you’ll want to understand that our partner parcel carriers will not use your mailbox to deliver packages.
The carriers will likely visit your front door first. If no one answers, they will leave the package with an employee of the leasing office / mailroom (if there is someone 21 or over that can sign for the shipment) or they will attempt to deliver the package again the next business day.
It's important to ask your leasing office / property manager or landlord what their regulations are regarding package deliveries containing alcohol. Although most offices will accept packages, we still advise that you ask what their policies are as your property manager has the right to refuse package delivery at the leasing office.
For Deliveries to Gated Communities
All parcel carriers will try their best to make three attempts to deliver packages directly to the door of gated addresses. So when checking out, please be sure to provide gate code or delivery instructions under "notes to seller" in case the carrier contacts the shipper.
