Get peace of mind with Delivery Guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit.


Limited coverage for damages excludes minor aesthetics that don't affect the liquid inside the product (this is not considered "damage"). We do not take returns or issue refunds. Product leaks, disfigurement of Limited Edition products or glass breakage are the main coverage for damage protection and will be replaced if possible. 


Does not cover delivery delays caused by the carrier or any failed delivery attempts. All sales are final and non-refundable. In the event that the courier claims your package is lost or unrecoverable (theft), please report this immediately to orders@craftshack.com or SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET HERE, and we will initiate a reshipment or issue store credit in the full transaction amount. 


Without this protection plan, CraftShack will not be responsible for package loss, thief or damages due to the courier's mishandling. CraftShack will file a claim with the courier, but compensation will be subjected to the courier's determination.
