Please do not panic, your tracking has not been assigned yet. Once your order dispatches from our fulfillment retailer to the shipping distribution center, please allow up to 72-hours for a tracking number to be assigned to your order. We will send you an email with the tracking number and a portal link to monitor the progress of your shipment during the final stages of delivery, so please keep an eye out for our message titled "Your CraftShack order has been shipped!"
Once tracking is assigned, here's a brief overview of the typical shipping process as packages will travel through multiple transfer stations:
First Initial Hub (Northeast or Westcoast Gateway):
Scan Applied means that your order is processed, and a tracking number is generated. Package will then goes through sorting and routing to prepared for the first package transfer. Time line for this process is 24 to 48 working hours (weekend and holidays excluded).
Second Hub (Midcentral or Southwest Gateway)
The package is then transferred to a second hub, where it undergoes additional sorting before being processed and dispatched to the final mile carrier. From there the transit time will take anywhere between 4 to 7 business days before next scan by the final mile carrier.
Final Carrier to complete delivery:
Received means your package is with the final mile carrier where it goes out out for delivery to your specified address within 24 to 48 hours.
