  • We support licensed retailers, so orders may potentially be fulfilled at multiple locations and the shipping cost will reflect the amount of the boxes needed to ship the order in full.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 6 business days and they can only be shipped out Monday through Friday.  Feel free to check our Processing & Shipping Time-Frame article for more information. 

  • The shipping timeline will come into effect once the package is in transit with the designated carrier.

  • Please do not panic if your tracking has not been assigned after receiving our fulfillment email. Orders are picked up by our national shipping partner each week. Once your order dispatches from the retailer to go to the shipping distribution center, a tracking number to be assigned to your order. We will send you an email with the tracking number and a portal link to monitor the progress of your shipment during the final stages of delivery, so please keep an eye out for our message titled "Your CraftShack order has been shipped!"

  • By the act of purchasing products from CraftShack the buyer authorizes CraftShack to engage a common carrier on their behalf for shipment of product unless the buyer states otherwise. 

  • If you are getting an error message at checkout, it is likely because we do not support your location yet. 

  • It is strongly preferred that you provide a business address for delivery so someone can sign for the package. Packages will not be left without a signature and we will not ship to P.O. boxes. 

  • Shipping is ground service, so we automatically choose the most efficient carrier based on weight and location.

  • Our fulfillment and shipping timeline is just an estimation and not guaranteed as some orders my be affected by unanticipated delays. 

  • Adult signature is required for alcoholic beverages.
